The Denmark-based comic book publishing house E-voke has announced information on the fifth installment in its Phantom comic book series titled “Fantomet: Legenden Vender Tilbage”.

Edition five, titled “The Phantom: The Legend Returns” in English succeeds the previous four editions published by E-voke, bringing the timeless adventures of the Phantom to Danish-speaking readers in a carefully curated, high-quality format. By providing a fresh local publication of these archival stories, E-voke continues to bridge the gap between golden-era comic strips and modern collectors.

The initial four editions within the series are presented below.

Fantomet: Legenden Vender Tilbage is a hardcover comic book comprising 128 black and white pages that feature a diverse range of writers, including Dick Wood, Claes Reimerthi, Lee Falk, Andreas Eriksson, and Gary Poole. It will include illustrations from a distinguished group of artists, such as Jim Aparo, Heiner Bade, George Olesen, Keith Williams, Sal Velluto, Alex Saviuk, Joan Boix, Kari Leppänen, Carlos Pedrazzini, César Spadari, Rafael Ruiz, Pat Boyette, Vince Alascia, and Bill Ziegler. The six story titles found in this edition are:

• The Phantom of Shangri-la
• Burnt Offering
• The Devil’s Sign
• Blood Rain
• The Curse of Kallai
• Mandrake: The Man on the Bridge
