Published in the Winter 2021 edition of the Oceanic Art Society Journal, Volume 26, Issue 2, we see an editorial article by Margaret Cassidy titled ‘Studies of Oceanic Art Objects‘.

We also see an advertisement for an upcoming exhibition at the Michael Reid Gallery in Sydney, Australia featuring Phantom Shields. As noted in the advertisement above, the Phantom Shields will be on exhibition between the 10th and 24th of June, 2021.

The exhibition will coincide with the launch of Chris Boylan and Jessica Phillip’s book, Man Who Cannot Die: Phantom Shields of the New Guinea Highlands. The launch date is noted as Friday the 19th of June, 2021.
