A huge congratulations to all artists nominated and/or winning a 2019 Stanleys Award (read more about the history of the Stanleys Award HERE), held annually by the Australian Cartoonist Association.

This year it was held in Canberra, Australia on Saturday the 7th of December.

A special mention goes to Glenn Lumsden for taking home the 2019 Comic Book Artist Award (which is sponsored by Supanova). Glenn also won this award back in 2016.

We see Glenn’s art on an array of Frew Publication’s Phantom comic covers, plus his art is seen on the covers of the modern day GiantSize comics. Congratulations on a job well done!!

Also nominated for this same award category is Dr. Paul Mason, well known for his work on Frew Publication’s Kid Phantom. Also a tremendous effort on the nomination and a huge congratulations!!

It’s great to see the Phantom represented so well by such amazing and talented artists.
