A new Phantom comic book, released by the Austrian publisher ART:9, is now available for pre-order.

This edition is number five in the series titled ‘Phantom – Die Klassiker‘, which translates to ‘Phantom – The Classics‘, following a similar format as found with the first four comic books. This new edition will contain a softcover with 122 black and white internal pages measuring 29.7cm x 21cm. Although produced in Austria, the comic book series contains German text aimed at German readers and collectors.

Phantom – Die Klassiker #5 will contain two classic Phantom daily stories all written by Lee Falk and illustrated by Ray Moore. The stories published within are:

• The Mysterious Girl – originally published in newspapers from the 8th of May 1939 thru till the 2nd of September 1939
• The Golden Circle – originally published in newspapers from the 4th of September 1939 thru till the 20th of January 1940
