Frew Publications, based in Australia, have announced the release of the annual edition of Giantsize comic book number 29.

Giantsize comic books are a separate series of comic books published by Frew Publications, with the title originally seen in 1957, with the first series containing 26 comic books. Frew Publications relaunched the title in 2017 and is still in publication. More information on Giantsize comic books can be seen HERE

This edition has a Brazilian theme, with comic strip stories published within the comic book originally published in Brazilian comic book series. Giantsize number 29 will contain 180 pages in a mix of color and black and white pages. The storis have been translated from Portuguese to English.

Below we see the front and back covers of edition number 29, with the Phantom seen in a red costume with yellow trunks, as he’s published in Brazil. The Carnival themed front cover is illustrated by John K Snyder III.

A mix of characters are featured in the Giantsize edition and not only the Phantom. As seen on the back cover from left to right, we also find The Phantom Ranger, Sir Falcon and The Shadow published in their own stories.
