Released in Santiago, Chile we see a Phantom comic book series currently on sale titled ‘Edicion De Coleccion El Fantasma‘.

Published by the retail store De Club Lectores El Mercurio under it’s brand of Colecciones El Mercurio, we find a comic book collection featuring the Phantom, or El Fantasma as he’s known in Chile. The collection contains 8 hardcover books.

It appears that the collection is sold exclusively by De Club Lectores El Mercurio, either in it’s retail stores throughout Santiago, Chile or on-line via it’s website. The series looks like it’s been published in limited quantities of only 800 per edition.

All 8 Edicion De Coleccion El Fantasma comic books can be seen below, containing images on the front covers most Phantom fans will recognize.

It’s unclear if the books are published with color internal pages, or how many pages are found within each book. It appears that several Phantom comic strip stories are found within each edition which are printed in Spanish text.

The 8 book collection can either be purchased individually per book or as a full collection.

It’s great to see Phantom comic books return to Chile, it’s been way too long since he was published there!!!
