Comics Delayed By Bad Weather
The Daily Colonist regrets the absence from this page of three of it’s regular comic strips – L’il Abner, Rip Kirby and The Phantom. The strips are air-mailed regularly from Eastern Canada but have been delayed this week by the unfavorable weather conditions which have prevailed in the many parts of the Dominion and disrupted air traffic.
