Videorisa Comic Book Magazines were published by Editorial Arjoma in Mexico in the 1980s. Two series were simultaneously published by Editorial Arjoma and both bear the title, Videorisa.
The first series is a mini size digest comic book magazine, and was released between 1986 and 1990. 315 editions were released.

The second series is the size of a traditional magazine, and was released between 1987 and 1988. 36 editions were released.

The iconography was created by Simón Simonaz o and SuperChiss, with artists including El Mil Chistes, Nacho, Quezada Benítez. Both series were intended to compete with the Mexican ‘Mad Magazine’ with similar humor and antics using parodies of television programs and major motion pictures.
Across the two series, the Phantom made an appearance three times.

Second Series – Magazine Size – #13 – 1987
Published in September 1987, containing 64 pages in full color. The Magazine was published every fortnight bearing the title ‘Coleccion de Oro Videorisa. This series was banned in the schools in Mexico due to its explicit content!!
