Samlar Guiden (which translates to Collecting Guide) is a magazine published by Förlags AB Albinsson & Sjöberg in Sweden commencing in 1973.
Förlags AB Albinsson & Sjöberg holds the distinction of being the largest motor publishing house in the Nordics, producing various magazines distributed throughout the region. Additionally, the company organizes approximately ten fairs and events each year, attracting a collective audience of around 200,000 visitors.
As part of the FabasGruppen AB group, Förlags AB Albinsson & Sjöberg is affiliated with the Mantorp Park motorsport track and holds a partial ownership in Emmaboda Flygbana, serving as venues for some of the publisher’s annual events. The company also manages the Albinsson & Sjöberg Car Museum and the Karlskrona Porcelain Museum.
Samlar Guiden Magazine edition number 1 published in January 2007 contains 59 pages and features a variety of collections from Sweden. Amongst these collections is a Phantom collection owned by Ulf Granberg. The front and back covers of this edition can be seen below, with the Phantom seen prominently on the front cover.


Ulf Granberg’s prominence is particularly associated with Fantomen comic books published in Sweded, where he assumed the role of editor. Serving as the long-time editor of the Swedish Fantomen magazine, he initiated his editorial journey in 1973. Under his guidance, Team Fantomen, responsible for the Swedish production of Fantomenäventyr, gained significant recognition. Although he relinquished the editorship to Mats Jönsson in 1986, Granberg continued to oversee Fantomen publications, earning the title Gammelredax. In the transition between 2003 and 2012, he once again assumed the position of editor for Fantomen, passing the torch to Mikael Sol in 2012.

Throughout his illustrious career, Granberg has not only been the editor but also the responsible publisher for numerous comic books. His impactful contributions extend to being a driving force behind the newspaper Svenska Serier. Additionally, Granberg has lent his translation skills to various series, primarily for the newspapers he was associated with, with a notable mention of his translation work on the album edition of Prince Valiant.
