Guerin Sportivo is published by Conti Editore in Italy. Established in 1912, Guerin Sportivo is a magazine which focuses on reporting on sports and is considered to be the oldest sport magazine in the world, still in existence today.
In 1976, Guerin Sportivo published a Phantom comic strip story across 3 of it’s magazines. The daily Phantom story, ‘The Jungle Olympics’ was published, a Lee Falk and Wilson McCoy classic. The story chosen upkeeps with the sporting theme of the magazine.
