The Bulldog Fanzine Series was released in USA between 1971 thru to 1973, running for 9 editions over this timeframe.

Founded by Steve Kristiansen in Lynwood, Washington, USA, the Bulldog Fanzine was limited to 150 editions per print run across the 9 issues. The fanzine was dedicated to various comic strip and comic book articles including updates and classified ads. Miscellaneous issues had some Phantom classified ads but the only Phantom cover and article in the series was edition number 9, printed in 1973. The cover art on this issue was illustrated by Don Herren.
