Spesial-Album Fantomet (which translates to Special-Album The Phantom) was published by Semic in Norway in 1980. The softcover album style comic book was a one off publication featuring the Phantom story ‘Flame’, written by Norman Worker and illustrated by Georges Bess.
Spesial-Album Fantomet contains 52 color pages measuring 17cm x 26cm. Text within the comic book is in Norwegian, with cover art by Rolf Gohs. The front and back cover can be seen below.

The back cover contains an illustration taken from comic strip art, a profile image of Flame Stanbury, the character whose story title is based on, and is one of the prominent characters in the story. Flame Stanbury is the daughter of Sir James Stanbury, the governor of Jamaica at the time, with the 9th Phantom ending up marrying Flame Stanbury in 1717 in the story.
The album has been translated and published in a variety of Scandinavian countries including Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. Frew Publications in Australia have also published the story in their regular Phantom comic book series, in edition numbers 1359 and 1920.
