Fantom is the only publication the Phantom appears in Russia in comic book form, printed by Semif, in 1992. The series ran from 1992 through to 1993.

The 4 comic book series was published in partnership with Semic in Sweden. As a result, the Phantom appears in his blue costume in Russia.

Fantom was published in full color, measuring 17cm x 26cm with all 4 comic books containing 36 pages in Russian language. The front and back covers of all 4 editions can be seen below.
