The Phantom Project Kit was released as a supplement with Frew Publications 1995 Annual Issue #1094, which was also the Lee Falk Tribute Issue, containing 316 pages. This issue also contained the #4 replica edition “The Phantom versus The Jewel Pirates”.
The Project Kit is a black and white supplement publication containing 16 pages, covering topics such as Phantom scripts, Phantom art, how to draw the Phantom by Glenn Ford and the publishing history of the Phantom.
