O Fantasma was published by Pixel Media in Brazil from from August 2013 thru till July 2016. The softcover comic book series contains 4 editions, solely dedicated to the Phantom.

O Fantasma comic books contain 128 full color gloss pages measuring 17cm x 24.5cm in Portuguese text. Cover art seen on the front covers are illustrations taken from the comic strips published within each respective comic book. Classic Phantom comic strip stories are found in all 4 editions.

Pixel Media re-released the series in a hardcover album style format from 2015 thru till 2016, with all content remaining the same.

A collectors edition box-set was released by Pixel Media in Brazil in December 2016 titled ‘Coleção HQs Clássicas’, which translates to ‘Classic Comics Collection’. Editions 2, 3 and 4 are found in this release, with a custom slip case produced to house the 3 comic books. The box-set measures 24.2cm x 17.2cm x 2.4cm, all packaged in clear shrink-wrapped plastic.

The text found on the slip case, translated from Portuguese to English reads:
