The Phantoms Norwegian name is also found on all front covers, ‘Fantomet’.

All 13 front covers can be seen below.

Semic Nordisk Forlag AS provide us with a brief description of the series on the back cover. Translated from Norwegian, the description reads:

In this album series, we present in chronological order stories with the “modern” Phantom, as he appears in Sy Barry’s streak and Lee Falk’s dramatic stories. The “modern” edition of The Ghost Who Walks was a result of Sy Barry taking over the drawing job on the series after Wilson McCoy’s death. A more realistic drawing style required an update of the Phantom’s background and history, and it is this that you can follow in the new album series, in unedited form, just as the stories could be read in the newspapers in the 60s. Phantom fans-welcome!
