Collection Phantom are comic books published by Sagedition in Paris, France in 1983. A variety of comic books were published under the ‘Collection’ title featuring a wide range of comic book characters, including Batman, Mandrake the Magician, Superman, Buck Rogers, Star Trek and Supergirl.

The Phantom was featured in 2 editions.

The first edition to be released is titled La Marque du Fantôme, which translates to ‘The Mark of the Phantom’. This softcover edition was released on the 1st of September, 1983 containing 50 pages measuring 23.5cm x 31.5cm. The Lee Falk and Sy Barry stories found within the comic book are ‘The Vault of Missing Men’ and ‘The Uninvited Visitors’. The front and back cover can be seen below.

The second edition to be released is titled Le Trésor du Fantôme, which translates to ‘The Phantoms Treasure’. This softcover edition was released in the later part of 1983 containing 54 pages measuring 23.5cm x 31.5cm. The Lee Falk and Sy Barry stories found within the comic book are ‘Crook’s Haven’ and ‘Crazy Louie’s Story’. The front and back cover can be seen below.
