The Colección Norma Clásicos comic book series was published by Norma Editorial, S.A. in Barcelona, Spain from 1982 thru till 1987. The series contains ten comic books with three King Features Syndicate characters featured in the series:- Tim Tyler featured in editions 1 and 4, Johnny Hazard featured in editions 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7, and the Phantom in editions 8, 9 and 10.

The Colección Norma Clásicos series features color softcover editions with black and white internal pages containing from 62 to 94 pages and measuring 24cm x 32cm, all presented in Spanish text. The Phantom is published in the last three editions in the series, with editions 8 and 9 released in 1986 and edition number 10 in 1987.

All three comic book front covers contain both the Phantoms English and Spanish titles, ‘Phantom’ and ‘El Hombre Enmascarado’, with the covers also notify readers that Daily newspaper comic strips are published within. Cover art is by Sy Barry, which are images found in comic strip stories featured within.
