The Phantom Tumbler was produced by Zak Designs Inc in Spokane, Washington, USA in 1996. The Tumbler was produced in 2 separate designs, licensed by King Features Syndicate. Although produced in the USA, they were sold exclusively throughout pop culture retail stores in Australia.
The Phantom Tumbler is made from clear see-through plastic with a full color print wrapped around the cup, measuring 10cm in height and 8.5cm in width.
The first cup features the Phantom in his Mr. Walker disguise reading a newspaper, with a city scene in the background.

The second cup features the Phantom in his purple costume, with a jungle scene in the background.

Along the edge of the print, we see the year of production, plus King Features Syndicate copyright information printed in white text. We also find a triangle shaped Phantom logo. The Phantom Tumbler wasn’t sold in packaging, with a retail barcode sticker typically located on the base.
