The Tribute to Lee Falk was published by Frew Publication in Australia in 2006. The supplement was a complimentary inclusion with Phantom comic book number 1438, inserted loose to the comic in a sealed plastic sleeve.

Lee Falk – Seriemagiker was published by Egmont in Sweden in 2006. The supplement was a complimentary inclusion with Fantomen comic book number 14, inserted loose to the comic in a sealed plastic sleeve.
The supplement is published in black and white, contains 20 pages and measures 17cm x 26cm. Cover art is by Hans Lindahl, with the back cover left void. Text found within Lee Falk – Seriemagiker is Swedish.
The illustration found on the cover was initially published by Semic Press in 1985. The image is located on the inside front cover of Fantomen Comics ’85 which was produced for the Helsingborg Comic Book Festival held from the 21st of May through till the 23rd of May, 1985. As noted on the top left of the front cover, ‘Gratisexemplar’, the comic was a ‘Free Copy’ give-away item which was issued at the Comic Book Festival.
