The Phantom Comic Collection Box Set was produced by Shakti Comics in India in 2023. The box set is made up of a slipcase containing 10 Phantom comic books and a poster, exclusively released and sold in India, fully licensed by King Features Syndicate.

The flagship line for Shakti Comics centers heavily on Lee Falk’s legendary hero, The Phantom. Acquiring official rights to publish the Ghost Who Walks in India, the publisher launched its standalone regular series in late 2021, featuring iconic newspaper daily and Sunday strips. To make their releases visually distinct and locally relevant, Shakti Comics regularly collaborates with celebrated Indian comic talent, such as legendary Raj Comics artist Anupam Sinha for exclusive custom cover artwork and original character bio pin-ups.

The Phantom Comic Collection Box Set contains a heavy stock cardboard slipcase storage box printed in full color measuring 7.5” x 11.25”. The slipcase contains an opening on the right, allowing the comic books stored within to easily slide out.
The rear of the slipcase storage box is listed the ten Phantom comic strip stories found in the Phantom Comic Collection Box Set, published across ten individual comic books by Shakti Comics. These stories are written by Lee Falk and Tony DePaul and illustrated by Sy Barry, Paul Ryan and Mike Manley. Cover art for these comic books are by Anupam Sinha, Avishek Biswas and Ankit Mitra.

As noted on the front of the slipcase storage box, “Free Phantom Pull-Out Poster Inside”, a poster was also included in the set, folded in four before being placed with the ten comic books within the slipcase. The one-sided full color poster provided can be seen below, featuring the Phantom riding Hero, with Guran and Devil by their side and Fraka gliding above.
