Super Álbum De La Fantasía (which translates to Super Fantasy Album) is a trading card series produced in Mexico in 1969. The set is made up of 100 cards, with each trading card containing a number and the name of the image featured. The set contains a large mix of comic book characters from Marvel, DC and King Features Syndicate. plus celebrities and other comic icons.
An 18 page album was produced to display the 100 paper trading cards, which measures 6″ x 4″ and is held together by one staple. The trading cards are glued in a designated spot within the album by the owner. The front of the album can be seen below, featuring Captain America, Superman, Spider Man, The Hulk, Darth Vader and Wonder Women.
The Phantom was featured in the series under the title of ‘El Fantasma’ on one of the trading cards, number 22. Below we see the page where the Phantom trading card is to be placed, page 4, plus trading card number 22 featuring the Phantom.
