The Skull Key ring was produced by Mythos Editora in Brazil in 2025. The key ring was a free giveaway inclusion with a comic book published by Mythos Editora featuring the work of USA artist Don Newton, titled ‘O Fantasma por Don Newton‘, which translates to ‘The Phantom by Don Newton‘.
The hard cover book contains 146 full color pages measuring 17cm x 26cm in Portuguese text. The front cover is illustrated by Don Newton, originally published by Charlton Comics in the USA in 1977 on the front cover of edition number 74. The comic book by Mythos Editora contains all 6 Phantom comic strip stories illustrated by Don Newton found in the Charlton Comics series.
The front and back covers can be seen below.

The comic book was sold shrink-wrapped in clear see-through plastic, with a triangular shaped Skull key ring included. The complimentary metal key ring replicates the triangular belt buckle worn by the Phantom. The key ring not only serves as a practical accessory for holding your keys but also makes for a striking collectible.

The description found on the back of the book reads:
THE GHOST-WHO-WALKS IN THE HANDS OF THE MEMORABLE DON NEWTON
Don Newton (Batman – Legends of the Dark Knight: Don Newton) was a brilliant comic book artist between the 1970s and 1980s, who worked at Marvel, but is best known for different works at DC, including the first appearance of Jason Todd, who would become the second Robin, and the co-creation of the character Maxie Zeus, together with the legendary Dennis O’Neil.
Before that, Newton would lend his art to Lee Falk’s greatest creation, The Phantom, in the last issues produced by the classic publisher Charlton Comics. In six sensational adventures, with breathtakingly beautiful covers, the artist showed everyone his virtuosity before taking off to new heights at the two largest superhero publishers in the world.
Unfortunately, Don died in 1984 at the age of 49 from a heart attack, tragically cutting short a career that had already been well-established. However, like the “Man Who Never Dies” he illustrated, the flame of his talent remains alive in this vintage edition, which brings together all of his work at Charlton to delight old and new readers alike.
