Os Herois Do Carequinha – Brazil 1962
George Savalla Gomes, better known as ‘Carequinha’ or ‘Baldy the Clown’ was born in Rio Bonito, Brazil.
Born 7-18-1915, George lived a long life and colorful of 90 years. George was born into a circus family and continued the family legacy for many years. Aside from an actor he was a recording artist, entrepreneur and a huge fan of superheroes. George was the first Brazilian clown to even have his own TV series called ‘Circo Bombril’, later called ‘Circus Carequinha’ which ran successfully for 16 years. This wonderful LP is filled with songs of stories in comics. Track #9 features a song of the Phantom.

The Super Dupers: The back cover artwork does not coincide with the album but includes a list of “Happy Time Records” children’s LP’s. Launched in 1960’s Happy Time Records was a second children’s music label owned by Pickwick International, Inc. The label was used to release children’s LPs, predominantly recycled recordings originally released on “Cricket” it

DJungel Bandet: The band consists of The Phantom (Stefan Wahlén), Mr. Timbuktu (Jörgen Lundberg), Colonel Weeks (Bengt Palm) and Papa Goja (Stefan Hedlund). Since 1992, Djungelbandet has produced musical performances for children in preschool and school. Bhola Bhala / Bundal Baaz – India 2000
Features music from Bundal Baaz, a 1976 Bollywood fantasy and romantic comedy film directed by Shammi Kapoor. The film stars Rajesh Khanna in the lead role and had Sulakshana Pandit, Shammi Kapoor, Ranjeet, Johnny Walker and others in the supporting roles. Khanna was impressed with the character of Phantom and hence he designed an entire sequence in this film around it.
