The Phantom PUCK Toby Mug is made of ceramic and is hand painted with a high gloss glaze finish throughout the whole mug. The mug is licensed by King Features Syndicate and is believed to of been produced in the 1950s.

The 3-dimensional Phantom PUCK Toby Mug’s measure 12cm tall and 15cm wide including the handle. Each mug also contains a gold painted disc in the center of the handle, containing an image of the Phantoms Good Mark on both sides. At the lower back part of the mug, we see the wording ‘PHANTOM PUCK’.

Limited information is available on the Phantom PUCK Toby Mug, including who and when it was produced. It’s believed that an individual named ‘PUCK’ produced the design of the mug and the manufacturer is Lancaster Sandland, of England. However, this information is unconfirmed.

It’s also been established that a collection of Toby Mugs were created featuring King Features Syndicate comic book characters, which include the Phantom, Snuffy Smith, Jiggs, Beetle Bailey, and Dagwood. These mugs all bear an official copyright ‘K.F.S’ stamp under the clear glaze of each mug at the base.
