Phantom Philecards are produced by Frew Publications in Australia. Introduced in January 2017, the full gloss double sided cards measure 63mm x 89mm. A 9 pack of cards is issued with a Frew Publications Phantom comic when a yearly subscription is purchased, or the cards can be purchased directly from Frew Publications via their website.

The Phantom Philecards display an image of a Frew Publications Phantom comic front cover on the front of the card and publication information on the reverse (comic number, date published, story title, page count, cover price and cover artist). Below we see an example of Phantom Philecard number 3, front and back.

When the Phantom Philecards were introduced in January 2017, the card chronologically commenced from Frew Publications Phantom comic edition number 1. As time goes by, Frew Publications will release a Phantom Philecard for all Phantom comics published.

A storage folder was also introduced by Frew Publications to store the Phantom Philecards. The 2 ring-binder is designed to store approximately 12 sheets of 9 cards, a total of 108 cards.
