The Phantom Frame Magnets were produced by Crystal Craft in Australia in 1990. A set of 4 magnets were produced and sold individually in novelty stores throughout Australia and New Zealand. The magnets are fully licensed by King Features Syndicate.

The Phantom Frame Magnets are rectangular in shape and made of solid plastic, with a black picture frame design found along the edges. All magnets contain a printed image of the Phantom, with 3 out of the 4 magnets produced in portrait style, with 1 in landscape format. All 4 magnets can be seen below.

On the front of all magnets, along an edges in small print, is found the year of manufacture plus copyright wording. On the back of the magnets are the words ‘Crystal Craft’ and ‘Made In Australia’ cast into the plastic. A rectangular black magnet is glued to the back, designed to be placed on a metallic surface.
