Phantom 2040 Deluxe Child Costume

The Phantom 2040 Deluxe Child Costume was produced by Disguise Inc. in San Diego, California, USA in 1995. The costume is designed after the Phantom 2040 cartoon series, produced by Hearst Corporation and Minos S.A. in France in 1994. The costume is fully licensed by King Features Syndicate.

Originally manufactured in 1994 and released in limited quantities by a small company called “Disguise Inc.,” this product holds a unique place in the market. Disguise Inc. has emerged as a prominent fashion-driven design company in the global costume industry since its establishment in 1987, initially with only twelve designs. Over the years, Disguise has consistently delivered the latest and most sought-after styles for everyday costume play and Halloween.

The Phantom 2040 Deluxe Child Costume was sold in a transparent plastic satchel measuring 15” x 12”, with a full color wraparound card found within and a retail plastic hook attached at the top. Found within the satchel is a set of wearable clothing/accessories designed in the image of the Phantom as portrayed in the 1994 Phantom 2040 cartoon series. These include:
