Norrmejerier

‘Norrmejerier’ is a Northern Swedish dairy company which was founded in 1971. The company became incorporated in 1992 and by 2005 it’s revenue exceeded 1.5 Billion US dollars and employed a team of 490 people.

‘Norrmejerier’ is one of Sweden’s largest dairy associations and is owned by dairy farmers in Norrbotten, Västerbotten and parts of Västernorrland and Jämtland counties.

Throughout the years, the company has promoted its Milk by using celebrities on their cartons and packaging.

In March 1997, ‘Norrmejerier’ commenced with a Phantom Milk campaign which proved very popular in the Nordic regions. In fact several smaller dairy associations worked with ‘Norrmejerier’ to produce Phantom Milk related products.

‘Norrmejerier’ produced an enamel cloisonné pinback as can be seen below.

‘Norrmejerier’, ‘Nedre Norrlands Producentforening’ (commonly known as NNP/Milko) and ‘Gefleortens’ (a smaller dairy farmers association founded in 1933) produced the Phantom Milk Recipe Book, a set of 3 Postcards, a Shop Displays Sign/Card, stickers, key ring and other promotional collateral.
