InkWorks Trading Cards Uncut Sheets

The Phantom Movie trading card set was produced by InkWorks in USA in 1996. The set consisted of:

90 x Base/Common Cards
9 x Foil-Embossed Puzzle Cards (P1 – P9)
3 x Skull-Etched Skull Cards (F1 – F3)
1 x Lenticularworks Card (L1)
1 x Promo Card (S-1)

Three unique sets of Phantom Movie trading cards uncut sheets were produced and found their way to the open collectors market.

Set 1

As is common with many trading card sets, uncut sheets of the base set were produced. The uncut sheet for the 90 card base set measures 71.12cm x 99.0cm. The front and back can be seen below.

Set 2

A set of the 9-card foil embossed puzzle trading card set was issued as a limited-edition uncut sheet, measuring 21cm x 31cm. Limited to 2500 worldwide, each version contains a silver colored factory printed sticker at the base, with a unique number found on each uncut sheet, numbered from 1 to 2,500.

A second version of the 9-card foil embossed puzzle trading card set was issued exclusively in Australia as a limited-edition uncut sheet. Limited to 500, each version contains a gold colored factory printed sticker at the base, with a unique number found on each uncut sheet, numbered from 1 to 500.

Set 3

The Phantom Movie puzzle and skull trading card uncut sheet for the chase cards was also released, measuring 50.8cm x 66.05cm. This set is unique for two reasons. First, the puzzle set was not yet embossed, as seen with the version above, and second, the uncut sheet had 2 sets of the puzzle cards, 2 sets of the skull cards and 4 sets of a 3-card chase set for the 1996 InkWorks Pinocchio Card set that was manufactured at the same time, having no connection with the Phantom Movie trading card set.
