The Kids Club Meal Deal collectibles were produced by Hungry Jack’s in Australia in 1996. Released in conjunction with the 1996 Paramount Pictures Phantom movie, 3 unique collectibles were produced, all licensed by King Features Syndicate, only available throughout Australia.

A poster was produced and displayed in Hungry Jack’s fast food restaurants throughout Australia marketing the special promotion. Billy Zane can be seen on the poster in his Phantom costume, an image also found on the Phantom movie cinema poster.

Released on a weekly basis when purchasing a Kids Club Meal Deal over 3 weeks, a Phantom collectible was provided free of charge. These were a foam mask, a plastic belt buckle and a glow in the dark plastic ring.

All 3 collectibles came in clear see-through plastic packaging containing the same black print on the outside. The graphics and text used are all themed around the Phantom movie. The packaging notifies us that all collectibles were produced in China for the Hungry Jack’s Kids Club.

The clear see-through plastic packaging also notes that a 4th collectible was part of the promotion, a Movie Sticker Sheet, however they were never released as part of the Hungry Jack’s Meal Deal promotion.
