The Friends of the Phantom Cards were produced by the Friends of the Phantom Fan Club in USA in 1998. Presented complimentary to Fan Club members with newsletter number 17, the cards are also featured in the newsletter, detailed in a full page article found on page 24 written by Ed Rhoades.

The Friends of the Phantom Cards were provided uncut on trading card style paper finished in a semi-gloss print measuring 21.7cm x 28cm. Color is found on the front with black and white print on the back, made up of 9 separate cards if cut. A small biography is found on the back of the cards, linked to the image on the front.
