Phantom Candy Cigarettes were first produced by Harnik in the early 1990’s and are still available today. Harnik General Foods Private Limited became incorporated on the 16th of January, 1985. It’s classified as a Non-Government Company and is registered at Registrar of Companies, Pune. The Phantom’s “name” was used to market the product, however the image slightly deviated from the comic book character, possibly to avoid licensing issues.
