The El Hombre Enmascarado Promotional Card was produced by Ediciones B, S.A. in Barcelona, Spain in 1988. The promotional card was aimed at notifying comic book retails and book sellers of the new Phantom comic book series to be published by Ediciones B, S.A. from 1988. The series would go on to contain a total for 74 editions, plus 12 Albums, ending in 1992.

The El Hombre Enmascarado Promotional Card is made of cardboard, printed in color and measures 9.5cm x 6.5cm. An illustration of the Phantom fighting a bad guy, with Devil by his side in an oriental setting is featured on the card, an illustration by Antonio Bosch Penalva. The card can be seen below.

The same illustration would later be published on the front cover of El Hombre Enmascarado comic book number 11 by Ediciones B, S.A. in 1989, which can be seen below.
