The Defenders of the Earth Travel Bag was produced by Winston Toys in Fairfield, New Jersey, USA in 1985. The travel bag is fully licensed by King Features Syndicate, themed around the Defenders of the Earth cartoon series released in 1985.

The Defenders of the Earth Travel Bag is made of blue Nylon material with an image seen on the side of the bag featuring characters found in the cartoon series. These include the Phantom, Lothar, Mandrake the Magician, Flash Gordon, Ming the Merciless and more. The travel bag measures 40cm x 25cm x 20cm.

A adjustable shoulder strap is attached to both sides of the bag, with a zipper running along the full length at the top to access the bags compartment. Year of manufacture and copyright information is also found on the side of the travel bag, at the lower part of the image.
