Coleção Os Maiorais (which translates to The Biggest Collection) is a trading card series produced by Editora e Divulgadora “Sadia” Ltda. in Sao Paulo, Brazil in 1967. The set is made up of 257 cards, with each trading card containing a number and the name of the image featured. The set covers a broad range of themes, including famous people, animals, buildings, air-planes, athletes, submarines, calendar, comic book characters and much more.

A 30 page album was produced to display the 257 trading cards, which were glued in a designated spot within the album by the owner. The front and back covers of the album can be seen below.

A loose page was provided when purchasing the album, a checklist to be utilized by the collector to keep track of the trading cards still required to complete the set.

The Phantom was featured in the series under the title of ‘Fantasma’ on trading card number 151. Below we see the page where the Phantom trading card is to be placed, page 19, with the page titled ‘Os Maiorais da Garotada’. This card is the only card to feature the Phantom in the series. The rear of all the trading cards are the same, bearing the words, ‘Olé dos Maiorais’.

The Phantom is found featured alongside Mandrake the Magician, Superman, Tom & Jerry, Casper, Huckleberry Hound, Zorro, The Batmobile and Batman & Robin.
