The Phantom and the Voodoo Witch Doctor model kit was released by Atlantis Toy & Hobby, in USA in 2016. The model kit is a remake of the Revell Inc. model kit released in the USA in 1965, made from the original Revell Inc. moulds. The model kit is fully licensed by King Features Syndicate.

The Phantom and the Voodoo Witch Doctor model kit was sold in a cardboard box with a lift off lid measuring 24.1cm x 16.5cm x 5.1cm, wrapped with shrink wrapped plastic. Illustrations are only found on the lift off lid and not on the tray.

Found within the box are 19 individual pieces, purple components which are made of plastic and are in disassembled kit form. All components are sealed in a clear plastic pouch.

The purple plastic model components don’t click together, but require glue to assemble, not included in the box. The Phantom figurine comes in 14 pieces, the Voodoo Witch Doctor figurine comes in 2 piece and the bases and name plate are made up of 3 pieces. The model kit also doesn’t come with paint or brushes to color and decorate as required.

Also found within the Phantom and the Voodoo Witch Doctor model kit box is an assembly instruction manual and a reprint of the Revell Inc. vintage sell sheet.
