The Phantom 75th Anniversary Skull Ring was produced by The Bradford Exchange in Australia in 2012. Fully licensed by King Features Syndicate, the 75th Anniversary Skull Ring was released to commemorate the Phantom comic strip first appearing in newspapers in 1936.
The Bradford Exchange was established by J. Roderick MacArthur in 1973, a Chicago, USA based businessman and philanthropist. Initially focusing on providing limited-edition collector plates in the 1970’s, The Bradford Exchange quickly expanded it’s offering and not only provide limited-edition collectables, but a vast array of merchandise including dolls, figurines, home décor, fine Jewellery and even apparel. Today, The Bradford Exchange operates in 15 countries across Europe, New Zealand and Australia.
The Phantom 75th Anniversary Skull Ring is presented in a custom crafted gift box. Hand cast in shimmering 24-carat gold plate, the Skull mark of the Phantom is raised on a bed of pure black onyx, highly polished to a reflective finish. On the inside band of the ring, which is closed, ‘The Ghost Who Walks’ wording is engraved. A Certificate of Authenticity was also provided.

A ring size was requested by The Bradford Exchange upon ordering the Phantom 75th Anniversary Skull Ring, with sizes from 8 through to 15 made available.
The Phantom 75th Anniversary Skull Ring was advertised in Frew Publications Phantom comic books in Australia, with advertisements appearing in issue numbers 1606, 1624 and 1660. It was also featured in The Bradford Exchange catalog’s January 2014 edition on page 26.
