President Eisenhower Cartoon Book was published by Frederick Fell, Inc. in USA in 1956. Published in conjunction with the United States Savings Bonds Program, the book features cartoons and sketches of the 34th President of the United States, Dwight D. Eisenhower.

The cartoons were presented to President Dwight D. Eisenhower by the National Cartoonists Society on the 24th of June, 1954. Cartoonists attended a breakfast with President Eisenhower and this book reprints 95 of their original art.

The hard-cover book was released with a dustjacket, containing 100 black and white pages, measuring 7.5″ x 9.5″.

95 artists (members of the National Cartoonists Society) contributed art, including Otto Soglow, Milton Caniff, George Mcmanus, Wayne Boring, Rube Goldberg, Bill Holman, Frank Thorne, Bill Mauldin, Frank Frazetta, Walt Kelly, Charles Biro, Henry Boltinoff, Alex Raymond, Bob Kane, Harry Fisher and Carmine Infantino.

Phantom comic strip artist Wilson McCoy also contributed art.
