The U.S. based publishing house Mad Cave Studios has opened pre-orders for edition number 5 of their Phantom comic book series.

The Phantom comic book series by Mad Cave Studios is a new series featuring both original storyline and artwork, with edition number one released in September 2025. The series is authored by Ray Fawkes, illustrated by Russell Mark Olson, and features lettering by Taylor Esposito.

The third edition of this series is available for pre-order on the Mad Cave Studios website, due for release on the 3rd of December 2025. The fourth edition is due for released on the 7th of January 2026, with this fifth edition due for released on the 11th of February 2026.

The description seen in the advertisement reads:

HE WHO DEFIES THE PHANTOM DEFIES JUSTICE ITSELF!

The Phantom is injured and finally lies within Arif Singh’s gun sights. But most of Singh’s men have already fallen to the Phantom’s mark — and the leader of the Singh Brotherhood has dangerously underestimated a legend. Justice stalks the jungle as the first arc of Ray Fawkes and Russell Olson’s ongoing epic comes to an explosive close!

This fifth edition of the Phantom comic book will be released in three variant covers: Cover A illustrated by Freddie Williams II (depicted below left), Cover B illustrated by Caanan White (depicted below center) and Cover C illustrated by Natacha Bustos (seen below right). Cover B illustrated by Caanan White is particularly unique, with the title of the comic book seen in the lower part of the cover, as opposed to the usual location at the top.
