The Phantom Christmas Album, published by Story House Egmont in Sweden, is starting to appearing online for pre-order.

Simply titled ‘Fantomen 2024‘ the Christmas Album is a traditional publication in Sweden, an unbroken series published on a yearly basis since 1944, with this comic book making it number 81 in the series.

This years edition will contain 96 full color pages measuring 21cm x 27.5cm in Swedish text. The 2 Phantom comic strip stories published within, as noted by the publisher on the front cover are:

1. Gravvalvets Hemlighet which translates to The Vault of Missing Men, written by Lee Falk and illustrated by Sy Barry, first published in Sunday newspapers in the US in 1980.
2. Flickan Från Ingenstans which translates to Little Girl, written by Lee Falk and illustrated by Sy Barry, first published in Sunday newspapers in the US in 1975.

The Christmas Album will also contain a reprint of the Fantomen 1974 Christmas Album, also noted on the front cover. This edition contains 3 Phantom comic strip stories:

1. Småfolket which translates to The Little Ones, written by Lee Falk and illustrated by Sy Barry.
2. Eldgudinnan which translates to The Fire Goddess, written by Lee Falk and illustrated by Ray Moore.
3. Helvetesänglarna which translates to The Bike Gang, written by Lee Falk and illustrated Sy Barry.

The description seen on advertisements reads:

All Phantom fans’ favorite Christmas present! A collection of classic adventures by the Phantom’s best storytellers and cartoonists of all time. In addition, exclusive extra reading with the purchase: The entire Fantomen’s Christmas album from 1974 in reprint! Two albums in one! Jubilee!
