Publisher Editoriale Cosmo, based in Italy will be releasing a new one-shot Phantom comic book featuring Italian Phantom stories.

Titled ‘Phantom Made In Italy‘, the comic book will contain 192 black and white pages in Italian text. The comic book is part of the ‘Serie Gialla‘ range produced by Editoriale Cosmo. We see the Phantom comic book listed in a social media post by Editoriale Cosmo, amongst a variety of other titles due for release in October.

Phantom Made In Italy will contain 6 Phantom comic strip stories by Angelo Todara, with a short story by Massimo Gamberi also included. The front cover is illustrated by Angelo Todara, an illustration originally published by Frew Publications in Australia in 2017 on the cover of edition number 1780.

The description for the comic book provided by Editoriale Cosmo reads:

The beloved character of Phantom has been the subject of a rich production made by Italian artists for the foreign market, for example the Australian one, but mostly unpublished in Italy: this one shot album intends to collect a good part of the stories of the Masked Man, created by the pen of Angelo Todaro. In addition, a short episode signed by Massimo Gamberi.

Phantom Made In Italy is due for release on the 20th of October 2024. Although the comic book is listed on the Editoriale Cosmo website, it’s not available as yet for purchase.
