Available for preorder on the Éditions Dante website is a portfolio set of lithographs featuring the Phantom, illustrated by Willy Hudic.

The set is titled ‘Fantome Noir‘, with 10 lithographs found in each portfolio set all containing images of the Phantom, limited to 100 sets. The lithographs are printed on 250gsm paper in A4 size (21cm x 29.7cm), contained in a pack printed on 300gsm paper. Each portfolio will be hand numbered.

Produced by Éditions Dante in France, the lithographs have a noir theme and will be released in black and white. The preorder advertisement provides us with a little more information on artist Willy Hudic:

Willy Hudic drew for Semic France at the time when Fantask was rising from the ashes. But before that, it had been published by other publishers… 

But never broke the doors of the big comics majors in France. Then, the ACB editions launched the Guardian Angels in 4 issues with the comic book competition broadcast by MLP in 1999, Willy had participated in our competition and there, we had noticed him among all the candidates that we had received, without hesitation, we contacted him to draw the Guardian Angels, but at the same time, he wanted to present his few works to us for a future edition… 

A color poster is also included with the Fantome Noir portfolio measuring 42cm x 60cm.

The lithograph portfolio is fully licensed by King Features Syndicate, due for release in 2024.
