The France based publisher Editions Dante have made available the first edition of a new Phantom comic book series.

Due to be released on a bimonthly basis, we read about the first edition currently listed on the Editions Dante website, available for pre-order with no set release date.

This first edition will reprint a comic book previously published by Moonstone Books in the USA in 2003, containing the Phantom comic strip story ‘Stones of Blood‘ part 1, written by Ben Raab and illustrated by Pat Quinn. The front cover will also contain the same artwork as the original Moonstone Books comic, illustrated by John Cassaday and Ken Wolak, which can be seen above.

The Editions Dante website also notifies us that this first edition will contain 32 pages in full color. The comic strip will be translated from English to French. A preview of internal pages released by Editions Dante can be seen below.
