The India based Regal Publishers have made available a free Phantom comic on their website.

The 25 page Phantom comic is published in full color, only available in Malayalam (a Dravidian language spoken mainly in the southern Indian state of Kerala, closely related to Tamil).

The Regal Publishers website gives us full information of what’s found within the comic:

The story ‘Phantom Kollallarude Gramathil’ is the Malayalam translation of the American Sunday newspaper story, ‘The Ship Wreckers’ written by Donne Avenell and Claes Reimerthi with art by George Olesen and Fred Fredericks.

Postage is the only cost associated with the giveaway, a small cost to be paid upon checkout via the shopping cart.

Regal Publishers should be congratulated for this initiative. It’s a great way to not only thank existing customers/Phantom fans for their loyalty, but it’s also a fantastic way to get Phantom comics in the hands of either new fans or those who may not of read a Phantom comic in a while.
