  Hello Thomas, the story and comic book were printed in both Italy and France. In France, it appears in number 416 in the Aventures Americanes series issued 24th Dec 1972 (look for the cover art as per above color picture).

If I could also add a little more detail please. It’s Massimo Belardinelli inking a complete The Phantom episode of 16 pages “Rassok the Pirate” this beautiful artwork was produced by Massimo Belardinelli and Giorgio Cambiotti in the Giolitti studio and published in November 1972, there was a project between Fratelli Spada and KFS to publish this production both in Italy and USA (King comic books), but the project failed and this episode was only published in Italy and France. Rassok the Pirate, one of the very first jobs of Massimo inking the pencil work of Giorgio Cambiotti, before that time Massimo did only background work on the likes of The Steel Claw.
